1. Services

Mehar Labana provides social media growth and marketing strategy services, including but not limited to brand strategy, profile optimization, content creation, content planning, collaboration, analytics tracking, and consultation.

 

2. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Respect the intellectual property and proprietary rights of Mehar Labana.

• Not misuse, resell, or exploit any content, templates, or strategies provided.

 

3. Payments & Refunds

• The 30-day Social Media Domination Package is priced at $800 per month.

• Payments must be made upfront before the service begins.

• Due to the digital nature of the services, all payments are non-refundable.

• If you wish to discontinue the service for the next month, you must notify us at least 7 days before your renewal date.

 

4. Client Collaboration & Approvals

• Clients must actively participate by providing necessary approvals, feedback, and information within the agreed timelines.

• Failure to provide timely approvals may result in delays, for which Mehar Labana is not responsible.

 

5. Results Disclaimer

While we implement industry-leading strategies, we do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of followers, engagement rate, or revenue. Growth and success depend on various factors, including market conditions and audience behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, strategies, and documents created for your brand remain the property of Mehar Labana until the service is completed and payment is fully processed.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any proprietary strategies or materials provided.

 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality concerning sensitive business information shared during the engagement. No personal or business data will be shared with third parties without consent.

 

8. Termination of Services

Mehar Labana reserves the right to terminate services without notice if a client engages in:

• Fraudulent, unethical, or unlawful activities.

• Abusive or unprofessional behavior.

• A violation of these Terms.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Mehar Labana is not responsible for:

• Platform algorithm changes that impact results.

• Loss of data or downtime due to third-party services (Instagram, Airtable, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

 

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after any amendments signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Punjab.
