Terms of Service​

Welcome to Mehar Labana (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services provided

We provide social media management, digital marketing strategy, content creation, and consulting services. The scope of services is outlined in the proposal, package, or order confirmation agreed upon with each client.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Services will not begin until payment is received.

3. Refund and cancellation policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

  • Clients may request a cancellation before the start date of services. In such cases, a refund may be issued minus any administrative fees.

  • Once service delivery has started (e.g., strategy planning, content creation, scheduling), no refunds will be provided.

  • Subscription services (if applicable) may be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be given for unused periods.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, branding assets, and timely approvals.

  • Maintain access to social media platforms, accounts, and tools necessary for service delivery.

  • Delays in providing content or approvals may affect timelines but will not alter payment obligations.

5. Intellectual property

  • Content created specifically for you as part of your service package will belong to you upon full payment.

  • We reserve the right to use anonymized results, designs, or case studies for portfolio and promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., follower count, sales).

  • We are not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, or third-party tool failures.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Termination of service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not received on time.

  • The client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behavior.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Punjab.
