1. Cancellations

Clients may request a cancellation before the agreed service start date.

If cancellation is made before work has commenced, we may issue a refund minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
- Once service delivery has started (e.g., strategy creation, content planning, account setup), cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and time invested, all payments are non-refundable once service delivery has started.

For subscription-based services (if applicable), you may cancel future billing cycles, but no refunds will be provided for partial or unused periods.

No refunds will be provided for completed work or delivered digital products.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
