Cancellations made before the service starts will receive a full refund.

Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund, but partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.

If you choose to cancel before the end of the service period, you will not be entitled to a prorated refund unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

2. Refund Policy

Full Refunds:

If you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing the service and before work has commenced.

If we are unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Partial Refunds:

If cancellation occurs after the service has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed.

Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

No Refunds:

If the service has been fully delivered as agreed upon.

If you fail to provide necessary input, feedback, or approvals required for service execution.

If cancellation is requested after 50% or more of the service has been completed.

 

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Any transaction fees associated with payment processing may be deducted from the refund amount.
